REVENUE GARDEN AND TECHENCEPHALON PARTNER TO
PROVIDE MOBILE EXPERIENCE TO MAJOR US COMPANIES.

Upstart Digital Consultancy and Software Development Firms Open New US Office;
Targets Major Corporations Challenged With Mobile Experiences for Mobile Customers.

ALPHARETTA and NEW DELHI – 01 Dec 2014: Revenue Garden formally announces a new alliance with Techencephalon, a software development company in New Delhi, India, effective today in the United States. Revenue Garden views the struggle for global brands to deliver best-in-class mobile experiences as a promising opportunity for the partnership. According to Revenue Garden CEO Glen K. Williams, his firm is not alone with its interest in the reported challenges (in a recent CXO survey) facing CMOs and Ecommerce leaders. Mr. Williams refers to a recent IBM press release that summarized key findings of an IBM-sponsored survey conducted by Econsultancy in 2013. IBM’s release highlighted the Econsultancy survey, which found “two-thirds” of the over “500 business professionals globally” indicated in the survey that they do not “have a strong understanding of the mobile user experience”. Mr. Williams stated the IBM’s release also mentioned “wider customer experience challenges remain, both in terms of understanding customer struggle and also addressing pain points”.

About its new US partnership with Techencephalon, Mr. Williams said:

“The IBM release [on the subject of corporate leaders struggling to understand mobile UX] is symptomatic of a much more glaring issue many global organizations have; the lack of in-house talent to directly address mobile UX problems with effective solutions. Our combined capabilities can immediately fill the gap for target corporate clients.

With our new software development partner joining our existing architecture, design, strategy and finance expertise, Revenue Garden can now offer its clients an array of impressive mobile experience solutions that can solve a range of issues in less time and at a fraction of the cost of major US companies spend CAPEX trying to do themselves.”

According to Mr. Williams, Techencephalon is looking to expand its US market presence. The new strategic alliance is designed to jointly expand the digital portfolio of both firms in the US. Using a globally distributed team model, the firms are aligned to drive mobile solutions to select US brands and Fortune 1000 firms.

Mr. Williams will lead US operations and Techencephalon’s US office will be located with Revenue Garden in Alpharetta. Non-US operations will be led by Mr. Pradeep Kumar (Acting Revenue Garden CTO) from New Delhi. To learn more about Revenue Garden Mobile UX, please email info@revenuegarden.com.
